    The lot fronts on Chuck Wagon cul-d-sac but there is a flag that has been added fronting onto Dew Drop. Can have drive way there, but was replated to make a flag fronting onto Dew Drop so you can get utilities. Chuck Wagon is not yet paved and does not have utilities run down the road. This is a very private cul-d-sac that may not have other houses for some time because of lack of utilities. At 3/4 acre (.751) you can build a very large one story and still have big yard.
