From Bastrop, take Hwy 95 to Sayers and turn left. From 290, take Hwy 95 to Sayers and turn right. This lot is the first one after you see the driveway for 1672 Sayers Rd (silver gate with keypad). My sign is on this lot and there is a dark-colored gate at the front of the property for access. Don't park in the driveway for 1672 Sayers. The front of the property is 150 feet wide, then narrows to 30 feet and opens up to a large back section with pond hidden from the road. You can walk back to the pond section.
